Pressure vulcanization
Cured Under Pressure, Monitored Electronically
We cure rubber linings using high-pressure steam vulcanization, controlled with electronic monitoring for a consistent bond and cure. Our 12-foot-diameter by 40-foot-deep vulcanizer handles larger components; our 2-foot-6-inch by 30-foot-deep vulcanizer offers a more economical option for smaller pieces.
