12 ft × 40 ft vulcanizer
Our Vulcanization Process
We cure every rubber lining using high-pressure steam vulcanization for superior bonding and a consistent finish. Our 12-foot-diameter by 40-foot-deep vulcanizer handles larger components, and our 2-foot-6-inch by 30-foot-deep vulcanizer offers a more economical option for smaller pieces. Every cure is controlled with electronic monitoring for consistent, reliable results.

- Abrasion-Resistant Rubber — built for tough abrasion applications like bins, hoppers, chutes, flumes, and silos handling mineral slurry, fly ash, coal, ore, and sand. A strong choice for ball mills, wheelabrators, and shot blast cabinets.
- Koroseal — a flexible PVC sheet lining offering strong corrosion resistance and easy repair, popular for anodizing and plating baths (aluminum, nickel, tin, copper, brass, silver, and gold).
- Additional linings — Hypalon, Chlorobutyl, PVC, Plastisol, Phenolic, vinyl ester, fiberglass, and specialty coatings, so we can match the right material to your application.

We're an approved applicator for Blair Rubber Co. and Polycorp Ltd., two of North America's largest rubber lining producers — giving you added confidence in material selection and warranty support. Our rubber lined tanks are installed to meet ASTM D7602, the industry standard covering rubber lining installation, inspection, and storage in metal tanks, pipes, and components.
